A: That is correct! All of our products are handmaded using the National Intangible Cultural Heritage, and natural materials.
Q: What materials your products are made of?
A: Local natural rattan and Indonesia natural rattan.
Artisanal crafts and gifts, may be made of local bamboo, please refer to the product description or double check with our sales manager.
Q: How does your products be finishing?
A: Clear lacquer coating, or wood wax oil finishing.
Eco-friendly coating is available on request for custom finishes.
Q: How can I send my inquiry to you?
A: You may send inquiries to us through email or message (Whatsapp, Wechat…etc). The inquries should have photos, dimensions, quantity, quality requirements, incoterms, etc.)
Q: What is the MOQ?
A: For our existing design and size of products, the MOQ IS 10 PCS/ item.
For bespoke products, the MOQ is to be determined.
Q: How long can I receive your quotation?
A: It is about 4-5 days, yet depending on your items.
Q: What will you do to make my designs landing?
A: We may need the images, descriptions, dimensions, and any information that may help us to understand your designs or ideas.
While receiving above information, our team will evaluate internally, reply with our suggestions (if any) together with a sketch / photoshop to show you illustratively.
With your approval, then we will do the samples.
Q: Will the information we shared be strictly confidential and refrain from using or copying my product appearance design?
A: Rest-assured, if neccessary, an NDA will be signed before we move forward anything. Furthermore, an authorization from you will be requested for kicking off our OEM service. But for ODM/Bespoke service, we generally do not grant exclusive ownership of product appearance designs to clients, unless otherwise agreed in the formal contract
Q: Can I order samples?
A: Yes, you may order samples of our existing products for market testing.
For bespoke customization / ODM services, the customization fee covers one set of samples and shipping cost for the sample, excluding your local customs clearance fees, taxes and any other local charges
Q: What about sample lead time?
A: It is about 10~20 days, depending on how complicated samples are.
Q: Why don’t the products on the website show prices?
A: We don’t show product prices because we don’t do retail business.
The best prices will be offered based on your specific order quantity.

A: All of our products are handmade, when we confirm on your order, an estimate date of shipping will be given to you as a reference, but not a guaranteen.
Q: Can I track my order status while in the mass production?
A: You will always be kept updated on your production progress because we always send photos or videos of every production stage to you. This gives you complete peace of mind and builds trust on us, as you can see that every piece is 100% handmade throughout the entire production process.
Q: Is LCL shipment available?
A: Yes, we support small quantity shipment.
Q: How about packing?
A: Different products may adopt different packaging methods:
Standard furniture is wrapped with stretch film and foam to protect scratch-prone areas, then fixed in fumigated wooden crates.
Artifacts are usually packed in cartons with protective filling materials inside (depending on the specific product).
